- To have a clear pricing, at public price, with no extra billings.
- To be contacted by phone and email from 8:30 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday (except French bank holidays) and by answering machine out of these hours.
- To propound new or promotional offers.
- Commitment to Quality by analysing customer satisfaction.
- To offer an alternative in case of inability to fulfil the initial request.
- To give an answer in case of disputes within 72 hours.
- To have a respectful social management of employees and law.
- To be part of a progressive approach in terms of respect for the environment.
- To respect the beneficiary’s private law refusing to commercialise or spread information without the preliminary agreement.
